Bad Sector Repair.
How to repair bad sector on your old external hard disk. This is simple step I have discovered. Try these solution from top to bottom. 1. Open Command prompt. 2. Type CHKDSK F: /f /r /x. Press Enter. 3. Please wait until it show result. Usually it takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on your hard disk capacity. (Mine is 500Gb and it takes 4 hours). 4. If it success, plug out your hard disk. Install it. Run it. There are license key inside the notepad. Read it and unlock to full ver. 7. Open it back after you unlock the full ver. 8. Choose your harddisk and start scanning. 9.Press 1 and enter. 10.Press 0 ( Start scanning and repair from 0 sector) 11. Wait. It usually take 9 to 11 hours. Also depend on your hard disk capacity. 12. Done. Test your hard disk. If its working, Congrats. :D P/s
